Family History!

Nearly every week at church we are taught to do our family history. We have been encouraged time and time again to sign onto new.familysearch.org and start trucking away and locating our ancestry. A few weeks ago, Robert said, 'When are they going to stop talking about this website?' and I said, 'When the Lord sees that we've done what they are telling us to do!' so, after a few weeks of trying and getting our membership record form the clerk (me papa), we finally took the time last night at Family Home Evening to sign up on new.familysearch.org!

John Addison Swapp was my first ancestor from my father's side to be born in the U.S. Before him it was all Scotland and Canada. As you can see, he was born in Utah in 1855. His family migrated to Utah from Scotland after joining the church. How cool is family history?!
