Buying Things!
This is our awesome vanity from Ikea. The sink is a giant rectangle tub. It's ridiculously cool.
This is our fantastic couch and big chair. Love it! We surely didn't want a tan couch, for so many reasons, so we are stoked to have found this wicked deal on KSL. super great condition and ultra comfy.
The chair looks a bit warn in this pic, but it really isn't. I guess it's just the light or something. The cushions are totally full and not dented.
Since we knocked down the wall between our kitchen and living room, we decided to put up a sort of separator thing. We picked some mellow thick molding to make this effect happen. Here's a pic quick. We were just about done on Sat but had Stake Conference so we'll finish it today.
framing it
molding it
Mitering molding
See the effect? two rooms that are open to each other instead of one giant room.
Anyway, while I was up on a ladder I took this picture of the top of our cupboard right there. This is what I found:
That's a Cheeto Puff. HA! I wonder how old it was. and a straw too. Wicked.
