They have practical, clean solutions. :)
Reading about the oil spill, I've learned that most of the oil isn't even on top of the water, it's on the bottom, it's too heavy. So I don't suppose the floating hay would help with that, BUT it would do a heck of a lot more to clean it up than what the current solutions are. I hope someone listens to these guys!
